Program Description

CaroNet Workforce is an employer-provided workforce platform that may send SMS messages to employees who voluntarily enable SMS notifications within the platform.

How Employees Opt In

• The employee is invited to use the CaroNet Workforce platform by their employer.
• During hiring, onboarding, or HR intake, the employer collects the employee’s phone number and communication preferences through the employer’s internal onboarding process.
• The employer designates whether the employee should receive SMS notifications through CaroNet Workforce for work-related communications.
• The employee is informed by the employer that work-related SMS notifications may be sent to the provided phone number.

SMS messages are sent only to employees whose phone number has been provided through their employer’s onboarding or HR process and who have been designated by the employer to receive work-related SMS notifications.

• System and account updates related to employment or platform usage

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on employer activity, workflows, and employee notification settings.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply depending on the employee’s mobile carrier plan.

How to Stop Messages

Employees may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages.

Help

Employees may reply HELP for assistance.

Support

For platform support, employees should contact their employer directly or the employer’s designated support channel.

Opt-Out and Consent Management

Employees may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Employers are responsible for ensuring that employees are appropriately informed of SMS communications during onboarding or employment-related setup and for maintaining any required consent records within their own internal processes.
